The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very attentive. They were helpful and friendly, providing great customer service. The breakfast served at the hotel was also worth the money, with a good variety of options available. The location of the hotel was also convenient, especially for those attending concerts at the nearby Guild Hall.
The car park was a major disappointment. It was difficult to navigate, with steel pillars making it challenging to park properly.

Beds just comfy. The staff are all friendly. Easy access to Blackpool International airport, which was about 28 minutes' drive away. Definitely coming here again, the hotel met needs well😀

Great value and location for a city trip. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a good shower. the hotel is situated in a central area, close to many attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.
The car park was very narrow and difficult to navigate, which could be an issue for those with larger vehicles. the food options in the cafe bar were limited, and the menu could use some improvement.
